Discover the Coaching Advantage You Already Have
As a coach, therapist, or helping professional, you know how rewarding it can be to help someone grow and become more of who they are.
And to inspire that transformation, you likely spend a lot of time getting to know the person in front of you. What problem are they trying to overcome. What’s holding them back or propelling them forward?
But one of the keys to becoming a more effective coach is also understanding the person you bring into every session: YOU.
Every coach has a Coaching Advantage—a particular combination of strengths, gifts, and natural abilities.
Perhaps you create a space where people feel safe enough to tell the truth. Maybe you ask the questions that get to the heart of an issue, see possibilities others miss, or help clients find the courage to act.
The Enneagram can help you recognize what you naturally bring to your work, appreciate what makes your approach valuable, and identify the qualities you’re ready to develop next.

Coaching That Makes a Real Difference

The Enneagram can also help you uncover something you may not even be aware of. Even a valuable strength can limit your effectiveness when it becomes the response you reach for automatically.
A coach who creates safety may keep making space when a client needs a clear challenge. A coach who inspires action may move toward solutions before the client has found their own direction.
Understanding your Coaching Advantage helps you ask a more useful question: What does this particular person need from me?
Over three days, Robert will show you how the Enneagram can help you expand your range and respond to different clients with greater awareness and flexibility.
The goal is to build on what already works while developing more ways to respond when a client needs something different.
